Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot offer returns. Refunds are not permitted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us via email to support@onelovethreads.com with photos of defects or damages, within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Replacements are only offered if supplies to remake the item are available. No changes can be made to the item for a replacement. The item will be made the same as previous order. Email is the best way to make sure I am notified of your concern.  I will work with you to resolve the issue but no guarantee of exchange/return.
