Shipping policy

All items are made at the time of order. Our current turn around time is 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.  I work really hard to get your orders out next day however that will depend on order volume at the time your order is placed. Once your order has been given to the shipping carrier, One Love Threads will not be responsible for and will not be able to update the speed at which it is processed or goes through the shipping process.

It is advised to keep route on your order to aid in refund or replacement of your order should it arrive damaged, defective or ends up missing prior to delivery. 

If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, your order will be refunded and a restocking fee of 10% will be charged.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
